About Us

Hi, it's nice to meet you. We're West County Heating & Cooling Inc.

Our History

Founded by the Henderson family in March 1990, West County Heating and Cooling is a family-owned business serving St Louis. (city and county), Franklin County, and Jefferson County. Our son Clayton joined the company in 2010 after finishing his tour with the U.S. Army in Iraq.

From the day we opened our doors, we’ve considered our customers to be family and have made every effort to provide expert service and the highest quality geothermal products on the market.

Our Mission

To completely satisfy customers from the beginning of a job to the end. We are only as good as our customers think we are, and our reputation depends on their experience with us.

The West County Difference

We’ve been installing geothermal systems since 1995. We have a 24-hour emergency call number, and our service technicians are NATE-certified and wear protective booties during installations and service calls. If you need anything at all, our receptionist Dana will find the answer for you.
